Mr. Gull's World History

This course is designed to help students examine major turning points in the shaping of the modern world, from the late eighteenth century to the present. The year begins with an introduction to current world issues and then continues with a focus on the expansion of the West and the growing interdependence of people and cultures throughout the world.

About Me

Mr. Gull: Before I became a high school history teacher, I spent 14 years in the corporate world where I specialized in Healthcare Administration. In addition, I spent 3 1/2 years participating in professional sports (Satellite Professional Tennis Tour and Professional Golf Mini-Tours). In 2005, I found I really loved working in the classroom, so I returned to graduate school to earn my Masters degree in Education. I CAN'T IMAGINE DOING ANYTHING ELSE...I LOVE WORKING WITH MY STUDENTS!
